Absolutely delicious food and fantastic service! Loved Derek, our server. He was attentive and helpful. We couldn’t believe how good the food was. The red trout was delicious. Wish there were restaurants like this Phoenix near us.

Unexpected and pleasant surprise on the way back from Bryce Canyon. All dishes we tried were delicious. The taste and combination of ingredients is unique.

After 2 straight nights of somewhat disappointing meals in Kanab, we were not expecting much. Asian fusion can be tricky and usually end up on either end of the spectrum, nothing in between. After taking the first bite, Sego is definitely at the good end. They call this tapas (progressive?), smaller then usual portions but far bigger than the normal tapas size, perfect for us after hours of hiking. We ordered a few different things just to try the different flavors, and they were so good we couldn't stop eating. I won't get into every details of each dish so you can get your own little surprises when you dig in. But they taste exactly how you would expect them to taste from looking at the ingredients. They stay about 75% true to the original dish in terms of seasoning and ingredients but with a few very tasty twists, such as the black beans in the broccolini. The Sego Noodle is basically the Singapore noodles but with rice noodles, the curry flavor was perfect, and the crab in it was incredible. So try the duck. Sometime it is very hard to get these fried rice and wok fried noodles with out a lot oil, because it is needed to get the noodles separated, but the amount of oil here was perfect. You don't see much oil at the bottom after you finish the food. I have to say that this was a very good surprise for our last night of stay and if we come by Kanab again we will definitely come back here for more. One suggestion, don't sit outside facing west in the evening, because the sun will do more than just keeping your food hot.

Nothing against Kanab, it's a nice tourist town but we were surprised to find a restaurant of this caliber. Especially since it's not a chain restaurant which Utah is so fond of. We were staying at the attached hotel and we were tired from driving. After looking over the menu at the front desk, we thought we'd give it a try but we didn't have any expectations. As a "silver haired couple" we arrived when they opened. So no waiting. I suggest reservations if you visit during the prime tourist season or if you have a large party. All the employees were a pleasure to interact with, including our server Sam. She was very busy, but maintained her friendly personality throughout. Even providing the background of the restaurant and chef/owners. Everything was clean, comfortable and the price is appropriate for quality. The food is served similar to tapas but the servings are a bit larger so you can share. We ordered four plates plus dessert and we left full but delightfully so. I also had the Aun No Muerto drink and it was delicious, the Mr. enjoyed the peach hard lemonade and enjoyed it as well. We started with the asparagus, I enjoyed this way more than I should have! The way it was sliced, the sauce and nuts truly brought out the flavor. Then we had the gnocchi chef special, gnocchi made from masa! Amazing. Our last two were Chicken Satay and Street Food XOI. We loved both of these as well but my favorite was the way the sticky rice was prepared. The crunchy texture along with the sauce and egg, amazing! For dessert we enjoyed the cookie sundae and chocolate souffle. Both were delicious, including the strawberry heart surrounding the souffle. We may have to visit Kanab just for the purpose of dining here, rather than waiting until we have to drive through.

Sooo yummy. We had a hard time choosing our dishes, but we ended up choosing well. Between the two of us we split the beets, broccoli, sweet and spicy ribs, and duck lo mein. We were able to walk in at around 7:30 pm on a Saturday, but it is slow season.

It is a hidden gem. Worth coming here if you are visiting Zion national park. Very authentic Indonesian food. Must try Satay chicken and fried rice. Great attention to detail. Service is Michelin level. Cocktail and dessert are also great.

Food was delicious, service was great, a group of 10 had 15 different meals brought out and shared plates like appetizers. Ahhh mazing. Who knew this little town had this phenomenal restaurant.

Creative and delicious menu! I had the (San Choy Bao inspired) Char Siu, Duck Lo Mein, and the Chicken Satay. Lots of Asian dishes I would not expect to find in a little town in Utah. I especially loved the prickly pear margarita, which had a beautiful pink cloud foam on top. A reasonably priced fine dining experience!
